This expressive landscape painting is inspired by the stunning English countryside featuring a heavy rain filled, slate grey and purple sky against silhouetted trees contrasted with bright pink and apple green fields.

This original acrylic painting was informed by a watercolour sketch by John Constable, another rather well known English painter who you may have heard of.
