Often, when you are walking in the hills and dales of Yorkshire, you will witness a scene like this where the distant hills look as blue as blue can be because they are in shadow.

At the same time the foreground is picked out in the raking sunlight highlighting the lush green hill where you can see the group of hikers walking up past a group of sheep. (when does a group become a flock? Nobody knows)
